Where is Monarch Mega Storage located?
Our facility is located at 2015 Olivera Avenue in Arroyo Grande, California 93420. Look for our brand new facility at the intersection of California State Highway 1 and Olivera Avenue, just south of downtown Arroyo Grande. We’re near Monarch Dunes Golf Club and All Seasons Flowers. What security measures does Monarch Mega Storage take?
We know that security is one of your main concerns. We’ve taken that to heart and designed our facility to provide you a secure place where you'll feel confident leaving your belongings. Our facility is protected by perimeter fencing and electronically controlled gated access. We employ 24-hour video surveillance and our resident manager is always keeping a watchful eye on the facility. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our team!
What is a resident manager?
Our manager actually lives in an apartment on the property. This feature means that there is always someone around to keep an eye on things, even during non-operational hours. They can report any suspicious activity immediately rather than in the morning when it is usually discovered. It also means that potential ill-doers will be dissuaded from breaking and entering because there is someone living on the property.
What are your access hours?
When you store with Monarch Mega Storage, you can access your unit 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week. For after hours assistance, please call 805-801-4552. We provide an individual gate access code to each of our tenants, ensuring that only our customers are allowed on the property at any given time. Make your space work for you!
What are your office hours?
We’re here to serve you Monday- Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. Now there’s always a team member around to serve you when you need it, even if you’re moving into your unit over the weekend.
Where can I purchase moving and packing supplies?
Right here in our office, that’s where! We carry a huge inventory of moving and packing supplies, including boxes in a variety of sizes, locks, tape, wraps of various types and sizes, and everything else you need to complete your move. Our prices are competitive and fair, so let us know what you’re looking for!
Do you know where I can get a truck for my moving day?
We sure do! Our facility provides a truck for rent to our tenants, allowing you to get a vehicle big enough for your belongings on your moving day. Now you can complete your move in no time at all by saving yourself the time it would take to make multiple trips back and forth from your home to our facility. Call our office today to ensure that the truck is available for your moving day.
How can I pay my bill?
Paying your bill just got a lot easier with our great online bill pay feature. Enrolling in this program allows you to pay your bill from the comfort of home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
